Description of works

Users need to login into the system, input the correct users’ name and password in the login page, if there are two consecutive input errors, you need to input the verification code,  the bottom-right corner  suggests a success after a successful login system, and then the users enter the main menu.

1.One-click imports an Excel file (three tables), it sets attendance rules, inputs the database and processes the overdue staff.
2. We can check the attendance report (detailed reports, daily reports, overtime work reports and leave reports etc.), and the reports can also be derived into Excel files. And then they can be printed in paper again.
3. We can manage and check the employee's personal information, and we can add, modify, delete, and query the employee information, and set up departments and branches.

 The system’s overall design fully considers the convenience and practicability of the users, takes the security, the system performance, data analysis, system extensibility etc into consideration, and makes full use of in-class knowledge and techniques to realize the market value of the attendance system.

The second prize of Group A- Hubei three gorges polytechnic- cloud notes

The cloud notes project uses the Android Studio development tool to write, and develops the Andrroid platform, and uses SQLlite database for data storage. It covers powerful management function and can delete, add, manage and share notes with the recycle bin.

Judges' critiques

 The program interface design is beautiful with rational layout, through self-study part of the advanced features of the Android, it makes the function more complete, draw lessons from the left slide navigation menu adopted by the mature of the APP on the market to improve the use of user experience.

The third prize of Group A- Wuhan vocational college of software and engineering – “attendance management system"

Description of works

Enterprise employees' attendance system should make operation and management to the staff, and employees' attendance system includes user management and personnel management. Around the enterprise employees' attendance system, it requires the employees' attendance management, and the core includs attendance management, attendance report and holiday management. In order to create a good atmosphere of the company and find the shortage of the company as well as improving the informed efficiency of the company's information, it adds comments complaints and public release.

The project refers to Apple's IOS operating system on interface design which is beautiful and easy, in order to improve the staff enthusiasm and increase the creative concept of integral on employees' attendance, from the user's point of view, the system provides multiple statements in the query, and supports for report printing and the function of exporting the Excel.

 The third prize of Group A- Hubei science and technology college – “HOBO attendance management system"

Description of works

The project uses VS to write and takes SQL SERVER as the database of the project, implements the staff management, attendance management, wage management and other functions.

 The project refers to the third party control on the interface design, makes the interface beautiful and easy to use by realizing the frosted glass effect. By using the photo wall function in the user management module, the whole project has a good creation with a unique style.

Description of works

As an attendance management system of C/S, the whole design adopts the three layer architecture, and it is equipped with user management, campus management, company management, personnel management, department management, administrators, and other functions.

The project is close to the competition topic to develop, and gives full consideration in the system to the different company working time and designs the function of working time management, through the setting of the functional module, it realizes automatic statistics staff of the attendance report, which has good generality and the reporting features are relatively rich, which meets the needs of the enterprise for employees' attendance.

The attendance system adopts VS to develop and takes SQL SERVER as the database, realizes the functions of personnel management, holiday management, attendance management and attendance report.

Judges' critiques

The project uses the third-party plug-in of .netBar to make the project free scalable and keep a good layout. At the first time, the system provides the initial deployment tools to achieve the fool type, provides users with a better user experience, and when the attendance data is imported at run time, it can set the EXCEL column information which is needed to read, so it has good compatibility and expansibility. 

The first prize of Group B- Wuhan vocational college of software and engineering – “Dingding Micro Application of EasyWork " 

Judges' critiques 

The project is based on the Ali open platform of Dingding to develop, uses the related technology of the ASP.NET MVC to lecture, combined with front-end development technology of the Bootstrap and JQuery, it cites the API of Gold maps to sign based on your location. The perfect fusion of multiple technologies and Dingding open platform for project in Dingding Android terminal and PC can realize a very good reflection, and the overall design style of UI is combined with Dingding software.

The second prize of Group B- Hubei science and technology college – “attendance management system"

The project uses ASP.NET MVC to develop and sets the division of authority according to the different positions in the company, which has realized the functions of signing in and out, attendance records, online leave, personal information management, the company announcement management, staff management, examination and approval, leave rule and management rules, etc.

Judges' critiques

Theproject uses the architecture of B/S, as well as applying the ASP.NET MVC, it also introduces the related front-end technology of Bootstrap, HTML 5, AmazeUI, and it applies CSS 3 to realize more animation effects and make the project have a good user experience.

The third prize of Group B- Jingzhou vocational and technical college – “moveable newsstand "

Description of works

The project mainly provides a good platform for mobile phone users to read the newspaper, through its powerful capability, it can save the user’s mobile phone flow as a newspaper reading platform.

The third prize of Group B- Huanggang vocational and technical college – “cloud notes "

Description of works

The project takes ANDROID and PC as a user  side, uses PHP + MySql as the server side, takes Tencent cloud host as the server, and realizes the cloud notes’ functions of land registration, notes management, classification management, related functions share, recycle bin, notes sharing.

The project is reasonable to use more third-party plugs-in to enhance the usability of the APP, it realizes the SMS verification code register through the access to the SMS platform, it implements the drop-down refresh on the load by introducing the PullToRefresh open source framework, it realizes the sideslip menus by introducing SlidingMenu, it realizes the network request through the okhttputils, it can download and cache the images through the Picasso, it realizes the round pictures thr ough the Circleimageview, and at the same time by calling system in the management of notes albums or camera, it can realize the notes with pictures, which has good practical value.
